Job Description:
 

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives in Jackson, TN, Corinth, MS, and Florence, AL. In this role, you will contribute to our office expansion by promoting our insurance products and services, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Successful candidates will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Locations: Corinth, MS, USA
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our insurance products and services to prospects in their homes and businesses.
  • Identify client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address them effectively.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Generate new leads and organize daily schedules to maximize client interactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing outstanding service and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations, manage the sales cycle, and handle objections effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and professional reports and documentation for field activities.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and support professional development activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of sales, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred (not required).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Personal integrity and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (high school diploma/GED acceptable).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous leadership experience a plus.
  • Must provide own laptop with internet access and a smartphone.
  • Reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential (between $600 and $2000 per week).
  • Performance-based bonuses.
